The puppies are growing and starting to open their eyes and stand on their feet. Judy does such a nice job of sharing all this on the blog. I enjoy it so much -

what a beautiful day. Lots of sunshine. Emma and I enjoyed being outside. I am having trouble with dizziness though from MS (I think) so I had to just sit and throw the ball or toys for her. I did not get the yard cleaned up. I watched part of the Twins Game and that makes it feel like spring also.
Camp starts two weeks from today. I can't imagine how many clothes to pack because I don't know what the weather will bring. Our days are sometimes cooler than normal lately. Maybe it will warm up in the next two weeks? I still have to dig out some of my shorts in case it does warm up enough to wear them.
Emma has been very fun today. She cuddled next to me so nice for a nap. She loved getting outdoors more than usual. She is such a good companion. If only she washed dishes ha ha (I had some pots to scrub today). I just can't imagine life without her gentle presence. She is so sweet.
So often people ask me what she does for me. I can of course list some of the skills like opening doors, turning on lights, taking my socks off, positioning so that when I am in a walker or wheel chair or with a cane we can move smoothly, and so on. She knows about 80 or more cues. I can demonstrate some of the moves like sit, drop, my lap, and so on.
What is much more difficult and often not spoken due to time limitations, is what she means to my life. She has enriched my daily life. I love having her presence throughout my day. She is there to help me, cuddles with me, and lifts my spirits in so many ways. I appreciate her so much. Her value to me is priceless. I just feel like every day is better with her at my side. She is just so awesome. I love her so much.
I am going to do a small chore and then take her outside again. We might be going out to supper tonight with a friend so I am writing early. I hope all is well with readers. Take good care...Emma and Mary

Friday went by fast. It included an ultra sound on my neck due to some thyroid problems. That was an easy test. Later in the day we were thrilled to have Rosa and Sophia with us. We had so much fun playing and be with them. They bring so much joy to our lives. I was tired though and went right to bed when they left.
Saturday we decided to go with and do errands. We went to a big place called Sam's Club. I couldn't possibly go in without a scooter. Emma and I practiced various things and wow she did great despite the distraction of a busy store. I am so proud of her. A few children came up and politely asked about the dog. They were all from one family and so well mannered. It was a delight to talk with them about Emma.
We also went to Menards. Our Menards has so many things for home improvement. But what they don't have in their large store is a scooter. They have one wheel chair that we find hard to manuever. So we kept our trip there short. We are checking out prices to put in a wood look laminate floor. Like everything, it is more expensive than I expected it to be...bummer.
We ended up at Greg's work. Preparations for a wedding were going on. It was so pretty to see the wedding couple and the wedding party. My daughter works there to help with weddings. My son was there to help her learn some computer things. So it was interesting. Greg needed to drop off food for tomorrow from Sam's Club (the reason we went there) and do some other things. Between his errands for work, going to work, and email - he puts in many hours on Sat. I think tomorrow he has a busy Sunday also.
I am watching a small owie Emma has on one ear. Looks like she rubbed her ears into a small twig or something. Hard to explain. I think it will be fine but am glad to watch it to make sure she is healthy. She ran out of water today. It was so cute as she came to me with the empty water dish. Both dishes are different sizes so I know she knew it was water she needed. This rarely happens but good to know she will alert me if I forget.
Tomorrow they predict warm and sunny. I sure hope they are correct. Off to bed. I did have a late nap but am sleepy.
Mary and Emma wish you a good weekend.

17 days till MS Camp
I sure wonder what the weather will be like at camp. Well no snow now, grass is starting to turn green. I think we need April Showers though it is nice to have dry days. I had my sleep study last night and learned they need to make some adjustments on my machine. It is interesting how they hook all these wires up to your head face and feet to monitor your sleep. Ugh the junk they use to secure them is hard to get out of your hair.
Emma stayed home with Greg last night. Then she went with him to a morning meeting. He said she was good but seemed confused this morning when I wasn't there. She wasn't as happy as normal. Then after his meeting he met me at the YMCA. I guess she was ready to burst out of the car. I was actually in the pool when she arrived. I got out quick because she was so thrilled I feared she would jump in. After greeting one another she laid down in her spot to watch the rest of the class like normal. she is such a great great dog.
I am tired and off to bed. Emma snuggled up to me for a nap but I am still more tired than normal. Is that possible. Tomorrow I have an ultra sound on my neck to check on some small growths around my thyroid gland. My husband is taking time off to do that and alos we might do a few errands.
I can't think of anything creative to say. Emma is working though tonight. She keeps bringing me things. She picked up a few items at my request. She was a good worker all day long. She is the best...
Have a Good Day Emma and Mary
